摘要
本文利用相对增益矩阵理论(RGA理论)的分析方法,在物料平衡和能量平衡的基础上,确定了电热连续结晶机的关联模型。同时,从系统简化与耦合分析的角度出发,分析了能量和物料两大因素与产品产量、质量的相互关系,得出了一些有助于指导生产和优化操作的结论,并利用实测数据对其进行了验证。
In this paper, in term of Ralative Gain Array Theory, on the basis of material and energy balance's law, the relative model of electric-heating crystallizer is built up. Also, in view of system simplifying and coupling analysis, the paper analyses the relation between the factors of material and energy and production's quality and output. The paper also gives the helpful guidance in practical process, and verifies it with the practical measurable values.
