当前施工合同管理中存在的问题分析与对策思考

ANALYSIS OF THE PROBLEMS IN MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AND ITS COUNTERMEASURES

本文分析了目前我国建筑行业内 ,建设工程施工合同管理中存在的主要问题 ,并提出了加强施工合同管理的对策和措施 ,以从根本上改变施工合同管理的现状 ,减少合同中的矛盾与错误 ,提高合同履约率 ,提高我国工程施工现场管理水平。

This paper analyzes the main problems in management of construction contract in Chinese construction field, and puts forward the countermeasures for strengthening management work of contract in order to change the present situation of construction contract management, decrease the conflicts and mistakes in contract, lift up the execution rate of contract and increase the management level of construction on the spot.
