摘要
利用梯度离子色谱法和抑制电导检测器对有机酸与无机阴离子的色谱分析条件进行了研究 ,建立了最佳梯度程序 ;通过浓缩柱的富集 ,可使方法的检出限达10-2μg/L,各离子的相对标准偏差一般在5%以下 ;该法可用于火电厂水汽系统中的痕量低分子有机酸和无机阴离子的快速、准确分析 。
The chromatographic conditions for separation and detection of organic acids and inorganic anions were studied by gradient ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity detection.An optimized gradient program was established.The detection limit was as lowas10 -2 μg·L -1 by using an enrichment column,the relative standard deviations were lower than5%.The method is simple,rapid and reliable.It was used for determining trace of organic acids with lower relative molecular mass and inorganic anions in water and steam system of thermal power plant with satisfactory results.
