长三角更高层次的区域一体化离不开生态治理领域的协同与合作,区域生态一体化是未来长三角区域一体化进程中的重要维度与内容。区域生态一体化旨在运用全局观念与思维,通过多主体参与、利益协调、协作共商的方式来解决生态问题。近年来,长三角区域在推进生态一体化进程中作了很多有益的探索,但是同时也面临着一系列困境。推进长三角区域生态一体化,应强化区域生态命运共同体意识;完善区域生态分级保护措施;健全长江生态补偿机制;探索区域联防联控联治的生态治理模式;构筑区域生态一体化要素支撑。

The higher level of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta is inseparable from the coordination and cooperation in the field of ecological governance. Regional ecological integration is an important dimension and content in the future process of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta.Regional ecological integration aims at solving ecological problems through multi-subject participation,interest coordination and cooperation and consultation, using the overall concept and thinking. In recent years, the Yangtze River Delta region has made many useful explorations in the process of promoting regional ecological integration, but it is also facing a series of difficulties. To promote regional ecological integration in the Yangtze River Delta, we should strengthen the community awareness of regional ecological destiny;improve the regional ecological protection measures at different levels;improve the ecological compensation mechanism of the Yangtze River;explore the ecological governance mode of regional joint defense, joint control and joint treatment;and construct the elements support of regional ecological integration.
