摘要
介绍了一种以醋酸乙烯 ,聚乙烯醇 (1799) ,玉米淀粉等为基材的新型纸管胶的制备方法 ,并且探讨了原料比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对纸管胶产品性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,制备纸管胶的优化工艺条件为 :醋酸乙烯 35克 ,聚乙烯醇 (1799) 9克 ,玉米淀粉 10克 ,聚丙烯酰胺 1克 ,过硫酸钾 0 .4 0克 ,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 1克 ,增稠剂 1克 ,乳化剂 1克 ,乙二醇 2 .2 3克 ,自来水 130克 ,在 (70± 1)℃下反应 6小时。
In this paper, the preparation technique and property of novel paper tube adhesive were introduced. The paper tube adhesive contained polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl alcohol (1799) and maize starch as the main material. The effect of factors of material ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time on the performance of the adhesive were examined. The optimum reaction conditions of the preparation of novel adhesive were: polyvinyl alcohol (1799) 9g, vinyl acetate 35g, polyacrylamide 1g, dibutyl phthalate 1g, potassium persulfate 0.4g, maize starch 10g, thickener 1g, emulsifier 1g, ethylene glycol 2.23g, water 130g, reaction time 6h, and reaction temperature (70±1)℃.
