摘要
粗略地估算了我国单位GDP的环境负荷在21世纪中叶以前需要降低的倍数;讨论了工业物质在3个不同层面上的循环,以及对于这3种循环需要给予同样关注的问题;指出了在大循环中工业物质的分类;分析了在经济高速增长情况下依靠大循环提高资源效率的有限性;说明了生态工业园(中循环)要向大循环方面拓展的看法;提出了深入研究企业内部物质循环(小循环)的必要性和可行性。
The necessary extent of decreasing environmental load per unit GDP in China before the middle of the 21\+\{st\} century was roughly estimated.Recycling of industrial materials on three different scales and issues following with equal interest to them were emphasized.The classification of industrial materials from the viewpoint of large\|scale recycling was stated and the limited possibility of increasing resource efficiency by large\|scale recycling in case of rapid growth of economy was analyzed.The idea of extending Eco\|lndustrial Park (middle\|scale recycling) to involve large\|scale recycling was explained.The necessity and feasibility of active study of the recycling of industrial materials within an enterprise (small\|scale recycling) was pointed out.
