提出虚拟机房和虚拟设备概念及设备利用率的计算方法 ,给出一整套针对计算机机房设备、课程、学生三要素的综合利用和组织的管理方案 ,在已经实现了通过局域网对计算机主机启动、关闭进行远程控制技术的前提下 。

A concept of virtual computer room and virtual device were proposed.A set of scheme for organizing room device,courses and students was also put forward in order to achieve automatic management of student's seats in the room and the remote control of client machines.
