水泥砼路面板底脱空区的压浆补强研究

Study for Pressure Mortar Remedial Strength of Pumping Area below Cement Concrete Pavement Slab

结合205国道蕉岭至梅州环城北路段公路改造工程,分析路面板底出现脱空区的原因,寻求判断脱空区的方法,根据压浆补强原理提出压浆材料的选用、压浆工艺、压浆质量控制要求与检测方法。

Combined with the highway reconstruction project for the national road in the northem section around city from Jiaolin to Meizhou, this paper analyzes the cause of producing pumping area in the pave- ment slab bottom, searches for the methods of judging this pumping area, and presents the pressure mortar material selection, the pressure mortar procedures, and the control requirement and examination methods of the pressure mortar quality.
