摘要
本文分析了合金铸铁激光熔融处理后的组织 ,指出熔化区的组织为树枝状先共晶奥氏体Ap和变态莱氏体共晶Ld′ ;半熔化区为等轴状奥氏体 +残留石墨片和离异莱氏体共晶 ;相变硬化区分为三个亚区 :(M +Ar +F +Fe3C +G)、(M +Ar+Fe3C +G)和 (M +Ar +G)。
This paper deals with microstructure of Laser melted alloy cast iron and indicates that the microstructures in melted zone are dendritic proeitectic austenite Ap and modified ledeburite Ld′,the microstructures in semimolten zone are equiaxed austenite,residual graphite flake and free ledeburite.There are 3 sub-zones in transformation hardening zone:(M+Ar+F+Fe 3C+G),(M+Ar+Fe 3C+G)and (M+Ar+G).
