摘要 乳状液型液膜分离方法是一种新型、先进的化工分离技术。用这种方法处理粘胶纤维工业酸性含锌度水时,工业运行结果表明,经一次接触后,废水中的锌含量可以从500ppm降至5ppm以下,达到国家排放要求。经处理后排放的废水中,油含量小于、等于10ppm,因此,排放时无二次污染。处理过程中回收锌的价值大于治理过程中所消耗的一切费用的价值。因此,此分离过程不但有显著的环境效益,而且还有经济效益。该技术还可推广到重金属离子的分离过程中。 The liquid surtactant membrane is a kind of new and advanced separation technology in chemical industry. Treating Zinc—containg acidic waste water of viscose staple fibre by the liquid surfactant membranes, after one step treatment with a stirring column, concentration of Zn^(2+) in waste water reduced from 500 ppm to less than 5 ppm, whixh is less than the discharge standard.After the treatment, content of hydrocarbon in draining waste water is less than 10 ppm, which is less than the discharge standard. Therefore, there is not second pollution.All operation cost and cost of reagents are less than the cost of the recovered ZnSO_4. Therefore, this separate process has not only outstanding environmental benefit, but also economy benifit.This seperate technology can get be used in the treatment of waste water containing heavy metal ion.
