摘要
以无定型硅胶为填料的自填装柱作为制备柱,借助高效液相色谱泵作为流动相输入的动力,高效液相色谱的紫外检测器作为制备的检测器,探索柱层析分离制备5-溴-2-甲基-吡啶与3-溴-2-甲基-吡啶的实验室小试条件。并用制备的纯品配置溶液得到了标准曲线。
A method of separation and preparation of 3-Br-2-methylpyridine and 5-Br-2-methylpyridine was studied by means of liquid chromatography using a sil-column and a mobile phase of a mixture of ether petroleum, ether and ammonia liquor in volume ratio 95:5:0.04. The purity of 3-Br-2-methylpyridine and 5-Br-2-methylpyridine was identified by HPLC. With the UV spectra of them, the UV coefficients of both were obtained.
