摘要 研究认为,补充肌酸可增加肌肉重量,增强肌肉力量,缩短运动后肌肉恢复时间.研究表明,肌酸可能对高强度、短时间、间歇性运动有改善作用,对耐力性运动作用不明显.有人观察到补充肌酸可引起抽筋、脱水、腹泻、眩晕等副作用.目前可供使用的肌酸类型很多,应在医生的监督下合理选用.
