摘要
外语教学中“文化导入”的提出和实践已有十多年历史,但实际状况并不尽如人意。本文在研究与实践的基础上重新审视了“文化导入”,强调了语言教学和文化教学密不可分的关系,提出“语言文化基础教学——跨文化意识培养——跨文化交际能力培养”的整体教学构想和框架。并针对目前教师文化素质悬殊、思想转变滞后、中国文化缺失等问题提出相应的对策和建议。
It has been over ten years since the concept of 'Cultural Induction' in foreign language teaching was advanced and put into practice. However, the application of the approach is far from being satisfactory. In light of the research and teaching practices, this paper attempts to review and appraise the 'Cultural Induction' approach to emphasize the indivisible relationship between language teaching and cultural instruction, and to formulate a whole set of hypotheses including basic teaching of language and culture - cultivation of intercultural awareness - development of intercultural communication competence. The paper also offers strategies and solutions to such problems as the disparity in teachers' cultural levels, the slow changes of their cultural ideas and the insufficiency of their Chinese cultural background knowledge.
