摘要
以 Al、Al N粉为原料 ,采用反应烧结技术制备 Al N陶瓷。用 XRD、SEM和 TG/ DSC等手段分析了反应烧结过程 ,提出了反应烧结机理。 Al粉的氮化在不同温度范围受不同过程控制 ,为逐步氮化机制 。
AlN ceramics were fabricated by a novel method of reaction bonded aluminum nitride (RBAN) technique. Reaction bonding process was investigated by XRD, SEM and TG/DSC. and reaction bonding mechanism was proposed. Nitridation of Al was controlled by different process in different temperature ranges. The size of Al particles was the key factor for their nitridation.
