研究老年痴呆行盐酸多奈哌齐治疗的临床疗效

目的:探析老年痴呆患者采取盐酸多奈哌齐治疗的有效性。方法:选择我院2013年10月~2015年12月收治的96例老年痴呆患者作为研究对象,分成观察组与对照组,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:结果显示,观察组用药后MMSE评分与Barthel指数分别为(24.33±5.23)分、(86.13±6.72)分,与对照组相比有明显差别(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为12.5%、16.66%,两组患者不良反应发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:老年痴呆患者采用盐酸多奈哌齐给予临床治疗,能有效提升患者的生活质量与改善认知功能障碍,应该全面推广应用。

objective: to explore alzheimer’s patients treated with donepezil HCL is effective. Methods: our hospital in October 2013 ~ December 2015 admitted 96 cases of alzheimer’s patients as the research object, is divided into observation group and control group, control group treated with conventional, observation group was treated in the control group on the basis of given donepezil HCL treatment, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results: the results show that the observation group after MMSE score and Barthel index(24.33-5.23), respectively(86.13-6.72), compared with the control group had obvious difference(P < 0.05); Observation group and control group in incidence of adverse reactions were 12.5%, 16.66%, incidence of adverse reactions in both groups has no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Conclusion: alzheimer’s patients using donepezil HCL to clinical treatment, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and improve the cognitive dysfunction, should be fully applied.
