唐山市协和医院儿童社区获得性肺炎的病原学及其体液免疫状态相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究唐山市协和医院儿童社区获得性肺炎的病原学及其免疫状态相关性。方法:本研究于唐山市协和医院选取了150例CAP患儿作为研究组,同期选择院内体检的100例健康儿童作为对照组,对比两组患儿的血清炎症因子水平和体液免疫水平。结果:细菌感染组、肺炎支原体感染组和混合感染组的各项炎症因子水平均高于对照组和病毒感染组(P<0.05),且细菌感染组的各项炎症因子水平均明显高于肺炎支原体感染组和混合感染组(P<0.05);细菌感染组、肺炎支原体感染组和混合感染组的IgG、IgM以及IgE水平均明显高于对照组和病毒感染组(P<0.05),其中,细菌感染组的IgG、IgM以及IgE水平均显著高于肺炎支原体感染组和混合感染组(P<0.05)。结论:细菌感染的儿童社区获得性肺炎患儿体液免疫功能紊乱最为显著,且机体的免疫情况对患儿的抗感染能力产生直接性的影响。 objective: to study the tangshan a hospital the etiology of community-acquired pneumonia in children and its correlation immune state.Method: this research in tangshan a hospital 150 cases CAP were chosen as a team, at the same time choose hospital physical examination of 100 cases of healthy children as control group, compared two groups of children with serum levels of inflammatory cytokines and humoral immunity levels.Results: the bacterial infection group, mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in all kinds of inflammatory factor levels and mixed infection group were higher than in control group and viral infection group(P < 0.05), and various inflammatory factor levels in bacterial infection group were significantly higher than that of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and mixed infection group(P < 0.05);Bacterial infections, mycoplasma pneumoniae infection group and the mixed infection group of IgG and IgM, IgE levels were significantly higher than control group and viral infection group(P < 0.05), among them, the bacterial infection of IgG and IgM, IgE levels were significantly higher than that of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and mixed infection group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the bacterial infection acquired pneumonia in the humoral immune dysfunction in children with the most significant, and the body’s immune conditions will have on the direct impact on the patient’s ability to fight infection.
