日粮中添加菊苣草浆对北京油鸡生长性能、屠体性能及蛋品质的影响

Effects of Dietary Supplementation of Chicory on Growth Performance,Carcass Traitsand Egg Quality in Beijing-you Chickens

本试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同比例的菊苣草浆对北京油鸡生长性能、屠体性能及蛋品质的影响。试验选用16周龄的健康北京油鸡,将其分为4组:对照组及分别添加5%、8%和10%的菊苣草浆组,试验期为60d。结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮中添加菊苣草浆对北京油鸡生长性能、屠体性能(除腹脂率外)以及大部分蛋品质指标无显著影响,但显著提高了蛋重及蛋黄色泽。此外,5%菊苣草浆组的平均日增重、产蛋率、屠宰率及全净膛率均高于对照组、8%和10%菊苣草浆组。综上所述,在北京油鸡日粮中适量添加菊苣草浆能在一定程度上改善生长性能、屠体性能及蛋品质,推荐相对最适添加量为5%。

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of chicory on growth performance,carcass traits and egg quality in Beijing-you chickens. Beijing-you chickens aged 16 weeks were randomly divided into 4 groups: basal diet containing 0( control group),5%、8% and 10% chicory,the experimental period was 60 days. The results were showed as follows: compared with the control group,chicory treatment had little effect on growth performance,carcass traits( except for percentage of abdominal fat) and most of egg quality indices,but increased the egg weight and yolk color significantly. In addition,average daily gain,laying rate,whole carcass yield and eviscerated carcass yield were increased in 5% chicory group compared with the control,8% and 10% chicory groups. It was concluded that dietary supplementation of a moderate amount of chicory could improve the growth performance,carcass traits and egg quality to a certain extent,and the recommended addition rate was 5%.
