Technical Upgrade of Verification Device for Material Testing Machine

主要是将材料试验机检定装置进行技术升级,研究如何以少量投资,使升级后的装置性能达到0.1级水平,并实现对韶钢所有0.5级及1.0级材料试验机的现场检定及校准。同时,实现韶钢的力学计量检测水平和能力升上一个新的台阶,达国内同行企业同类检定装置的最高水平。

The main purpose is to upgrade the verification device of material testing machine.This paper studies how to make the performance of the upgraded device reach 0.1 level with a small amount of investment,and realizes on-site verification and calibration of all 0.5 and 1.0 grade material testing machines in Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co.At the same time,the level and capability of mechanical metrology testing in Shaoguan Iron and Steel Company have been raised to a new level,reaching the highest level of similar verification devices in domestic enterprises.
