摘要
保压过程是注塑成型的一个重要阶段 ,该阶段进行的好坏直接关系到塑件质量的好坏。文章对保压过程进行了简要介绍 ,并用注塑摸 CAE中的 Moldflow软件对保压过程进行模拟分析 ,调整和优化保压工艺参数 ,并针对保压过程不当造成塑件收缩不均匀的情况 。
Packing process is an important stage of plastic injection molding. It will directly affect quality of the plastic part. The process is introduced in this paper. It is simulated on computer using Moldfow software of Computer Aided Engineering (CAE). Packing process parameters are adjusted and optimized. Some effective methods are proposed aiming at solving plastic part's uneven shrinkage during packing process.
