摘要
以某大跨径组合为105m+180m+105m的预应力混凝土连续刚构桥为工程背景,对其施工过程进行线形监测研究。运用有限元分析软件对桥梁施工过程进行三维精细仿真模拟,得到了桥梁在施工过程中各个块段的累计位移结果,对比分析计算结果和实测数据,得到了该桥梁线形变化趋势及变形规律,并对确定立模标高理论值及现场复核、节段挠度和累计挠度分析、顶推合龙等有关连续刚构桥线形控制的问题进行了进一步探讨,可为类似连续梁桥悬臂法施工控制提供依据和参考。
The prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge with a large span of 105 m + 180 m + 105 m is used as the engineering background,and its construction process is monitored linearly. The finite element analysis software was used to simulate the bridge construction process,and the cumulative displacement results of the blocks in the construction process were obtained. The theoretical data and measured data are analyzed,and the deformation law and trend of the bridge are given. The problem of linear control of the continuous rigid frame bridge is further discussed,which can provide the basis and reference for the construction control of the continuous beam bridge cantilever method.
