河道环境生态流量与水库附属电站小发电机组装机规模的调查研究

摘要 本文调查了辽宁省2000年以前建成的六座大型水库附属电站发电机组配置情况。从工程效益、环境、设计等方面论述了水资源较贫乏的地区安装适宜的最小发电机组是维持最小生态环境流量的关键环节。本调研可供设计、建设和水库管理等部门参考。 The configurations of the hydro-generating units installed in the accessary hydropower stations of 6 large reservoirs constructed before 2000 in Liaoning Province are investigated herein. From the aspects of engineering benefit,environment,design,etc.,it is dissertated that the installation of the hydro-generating with suitable smallest capacity is just the key-link to maintain the minimum eco-environmental flow in the region with more shortage of water resources. This investigation can provide a reference for the sectors such as design,construction,reservoir management,etc.
