儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍气阴两虚证探析

Discussion of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Differentiated as Qi and Yin Deficiency

儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍是一种较常见的儿童时期行为障碍性疾病,王俊宏教授经多年临床观察总结,认为其病机与小儿"脏腑娇嫩,形气未充","阳常有余,阴常不足"等生理病理特点有关,强调其发病机制是由于五脏气阴亏损,临床多见气阴两虚证这一证候。通过对儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍气阴两虚证的病机、临床表现、治法、选方等方面进行探析,提出了益气养阴、调和阴阳的治疗法则,采用运用静宁方治疗。

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder( ADHD) is a common behavior deficit in children.Prof. Wang Junhong had accumulated clinical experiences for years and believed that the pathogenesis is related with physiological and pathological characteristics such as delicate organs,yang and yin insufficiency in children. Prof. Wang stressed that the occurrence mechanism of the disease is qi and yin deficiency of five zang organs,in which,qi and yin deficiency pattern / syndrome is common in clinical practice. In the paper,the pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,therapeutic method and formula selection were analyzed in the treatment of ADHD. It was suggested that the principle of treatment was benefiting qi,nourishing yin and regulating yin and yang and jingning formula was adopted.
