摘要
中学教师职业倦怠是一个日益凸显的社会问题。这个问题是学校、社会和个人多种因素相互作用的结果。解决这一个问题,关键是优化学校效能管理,合力构建社会支持网络,不断提升中学教师自我调控能力。
The secondary school teacher burnout is an increasingly prominent social issue which is resulted from a variety of factors as school,social and personal interaction.The key to solve this problem is to optimize the effectiveness of school management,work together to build social support networks and upgrade secondary school teachers’self-regulatory capacity.
