摘要
介绍了一种立式环管模拟实时测量装置 ,利用环管旋转时流体在环管内产生相对流动形成一定的液位差 ,通过环管壁上的压力传感器测得的压力变化曲线确定液位差 ,通过液位差与流体流动和流变性的关系 。
This paper makes a description of real-time measurement of the rheological properties of fluid with an annular flow simulator.The fluid in the annular pipe will flow oppositely caused by the gravity and friction of the wall when the devica turns.A pressure and temperature sensors are installed on the wall of annular pipe to measure the level difference between the two sides of liquid and its temperature.Combining those with the velocity of the annular pipe turning,the rheological properties of fluid in the pipe can be measured in real-time.This device is designed for the simulation of pipe flow and real-time measurement with different shear rate,which mainly concerns about the non-Newtonian fluid flow during the pipeline transportation.
