经尿道电汽化切除术治疗前列腺增生症278例

目的:总结经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TUVP)疗效和临床经验。方法:采用TUVP对278例前列腺增生症进行治疗。结果:本组278例手术平均时间40min,平均出血52ml,术中均未输血,术后尿流率(PFR)、生活质量评分(QOL)、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)均得到明显改善。结论:TUVP近期疗效确切,少见合并症,安全性高,是一种技术成熟、疗效满意的理想术式。

Purpose Summing up Transurethral Electrov-aporization of the Prostate(TUVP)eff icacy and clinical experience. Methods:Using TUVP on 278 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia treatment. Results:This group 278 cases of surgical average time of 40 min,the average bleeding 52 ml,no intraoperative blood transfusion,postoperative Urinary Flow Rate(PFR),score the Quality of Life(QOL),the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS)have been signif icantly improved. Conclusion:TUVP precise effect of the recent,rare complications,safe,is a mature technology,with the ideals of operation.
