习近平提出的人类命运共同体思想实现了对西方共同体概念的超越,并对马克思共同体思想进行了重构。作为人类命运共同体的组成部分,中非命运共同体概念具有责任共担、合作共赢、幸福共享、文化共兴、安全共筑、和谐共生六大内涵。"一带一路"倡议的提出为中非命运共同体建构提供了"桥梁"。共建"一带一路"倡议有利于加强中国与非洲在政治、安全、经济、文化和生态等领域内的合作,为中非命运共同体建构提供支撑。中非命运共同体建构具有长期性和艰巨性的特征,内外因素干扰对中国和非洲通过"一带一路"倡议构建中非命运共同体带来影响。为此,中国需要与非洲国家共建"一带一路"倡议,推动构建新型国际关系,打造中非全面战略合作伙伴关系,积极引导国际秩序新变革,提升中国对非洲援助的综合效应,依靠稳定的政策输出和合力优势构建中非命运共同体。

The thought of a community with a shared future for mankind put forward by President Xi jinping has transcended the concept of western community and reconstructed Marx’s thought of community.As part of a community with a shared future for mankind,the concept of a China-Africa Community with a shared future has six connotations:shared responsibility,win-win cooperation,shared happiness,common prosperity of culture,common security and harmonious coexistence.The proposal of'The Belt and Road'Initiative provides a'bridge'for the construction of the China-Africa’Community with a shared future.Jointly building'The Belt and Road'Initiative will help strengthen cooperation between China and Africa in the political,security,economic,cultural and ecological fields,and provide support for the building of a China-Africa Community with a shared future.The construction of a China-Africa’Community with a shared future has a long-term and arduous features,China and African countries need to build'The Belt and Road'Initiative,promote building new international relationships,make a China-Africa comprehensive strategic partnership,actively lead the changes of the international order,promoting the comprehensive effect of China’s aid to Africa,rely on the stability of policy outputs and advantages to build the China-Africa Community with a shared future.
