用数学文化推动少数民族数学教育发展的思考——基于数学学科核心素养培育的视角 被引量:36

Thoughts on Promoting the Minority Mathematics Education in China by Mathematical Culture——Based on the View of Cultivating Mathematical Key Competencies

摘要 发展少数民族教育对促进教育公平、均衡发展具有重要意义.近年来,少数民族教育虽取得了显著成效,但少数民族理科教育仍是民族教育发展的拦路虎,数学更是少数民族理科教育发展的瓶颈.如何才能打掉'拦路虎'、破除'瓶颈'?研究提出,要将数学学科核心素养作为发展少数民族数学教育的导向和价值追求,而将数学文化作为培育少数民族学生数学学科核心素养的重要抓手和突破口.在此基础之上,基于数学学科核心素养培育的视角,从教学设计、教师教学、学生学习、教学评价等方面对用数学文化推动少数民族数学教育发展提出了一些思考. The development of minority education was of important significance in promoting educational equity and balanced development in China.In recent years,the minority education of China had made great achievements,but the minority science education was still the obstacle of the development of minority education,mathematical education was even the bottleneck of minority science education.How to remove the formidable obstacle and break the bottleneck?This paper hold that the mathematical key competencies should become the goal orientation and value pursuit of developing the minority mathematics education,while the mathematical culture should be important grasp and breakthrough of cultivating mathematical key competencies.On this foundation,based on the view of cultivating mathematical key competencies,several considerations on promoting the minority mathematics education in China by mathematical culture were proposed from the aspect of instructional design,teachers’teaching,students’learning and teaching evaluation.
