CDFI联合钼靶X线与CDFI检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of CDFI Combined with Mammography and CDFI in the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

目的比较分析彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)与CDFI联合钼靶X线对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法对110例经术后病理检查诊断为乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 110例乳腺癌患者中,88例患者经CDFI诊断为乳腺癌,诊断准确率为80.00%,101例患者经CDFI联合钼靶X线诊断为乳腺癌,诊断准确率为91.82%,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。肿瘤大小<1.0 cm者,CDFI诊断准确率为52.17%,CDFI联合钼靶X线诊断准确率为86.96%,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 CDFI联合钼靶X线对乳腺癌的诊断准确率高于单独CDFI。此外,CDFI联合钼靶X线对肿瘤直径较小的患者诊断准确率较高,可以用于乳腺癌的早期检测。

Objective To discuss the application value of color Doppler flow imaging ( CDFI) and CDFI combined with mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer .Methods Clinical data of 110 patients diagnosed as breast cancer by postopera-tive pathology were retrospectively analyzed .Results Among 110 patients with breast cancer , 88 patients were diagnosed as breast cancer by CDFI ,and the accurate rate of diagnosis was 80.00%;101 patients were diagnosed as breast cancer by CDFI combined with mammography,and the accurate rate of diagnosis was 91.82%,there had significant difference(P<0.05).Accu-rate rate of CDFI was 52.17%on tumor<1.0 cm,and that of CDFI combined with mammography was 86.96%,there had signifi-cant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion CDFI combined with mammography is more accurate than CDFI alone in diagnosing breast cancer.Besides,CDFI combined with mammography has higher accurate rate in diagnosing tumor with small diameter (<1.0 cm),and it can be applied in early detection of breast cancer .
