摘要
聚苯硫醚的合成路线有很多,主要是硫化钠法和硫磺溶液法。本文以无机盐硫化钠法为主体,N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)做溶剂,采用加压法合成聚苯硫醚树脂。在选择催化剂情况下,明确LiCl为催化剂、己内酰胺为助剂、NMP为溶剂的PPS催化合成体系,考察硫化钠法催化反应体系的最优合成工艺条件。
There are many synthesis PPS routes, mainly sodium sulfide and sulfur solution method. We used sodium sulfide method and use N-methyl pyrrolidone as solvent to synthesis phenylene sulfide resin by pressurization method. Through the selection of the catalyst and cocatalyst , we determined catalytic system of synthesis pps :LiCl is catalyst , caprolactam is cocatalyst, NMP is solvent . We complete optimization of dosage of the catalyst and cocatalyst , dehydration value, reaction temperature , and determine the optimal synthesis conditions at last.
