摘要
目的探讨微课对接受脑深部电刺激术(DBS)治疗的老年帕金森(PD)病人出院后健康教育效果的影响。方法选择2017年1~12月于我院进行DBS治疗的80例老年PD病人作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将病人分为微课教育组与对照组,每组40例。微课教育组采用微课进行延续护理,对照组采用电话随访的形式,比较2组出院时、出院后3个月和出院后6个月的服药依从性,脑深部电刺激设备相关知识掌握度,跌倒情况,延续护理满意度。结果出院时,2组服药依从性差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);出院后3个月和6个月,微课教育组的服药依从性显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。2组出院时、出院后3个月和出院后6个月的脑深部电刺激设备相关知识掌握度差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。出院后3个月和6个月,微课教育组的跌倒次数显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。出院后3个月和6个月,微课教育组病人的延续护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论微课的应用可以显著改善DBS治疗的PD病人的服药依从性,降低跌倒发生率,提升护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of microlecture on health education for the elderly patients with Parkinson's disease( PD) who received deep brain electrical stimulation after discharge from hospital. Methods From January to December 2017,80 elderly patients with PD treated with deep brain electrical stimulation were selected and randomly divided into microeducation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The microeducation group received extended care,and the control group was followed up by telephone. The compliance,related knowledge of deep brain stimulation equipment,falling,satisfaction for continuing nursing at the time of discharge,3 months,6 months after discharge were compared between the two groups. Results At the time of discharge,there was no significant difference in drug compliance between the two groups( P> 0. 05); 3 and 6 months after discharge,the drug compliance in the microeducation group was significantly better than that in the control group( P< 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the relative knowledge of deep brain stimulation between the two groups at the time of discharge,3 months and 6 months after discharge( P>0. 05). 3 and 6 months after discharge,the fall rate in the microeducation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P< 0. 05). and the satisfaction degree of continuous nursing in the microeducation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P<0. 05). Conclusions The application of microlecture can significantly improve the compliance of the elderly with patients PD treated by deep brain electrical stimulation, reduce the incidence rate of falls, and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
