麝香保心丸在冠心病治疗中作用机理研究

Effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease in the Mechanism Research

[:目的]探讨麝香保心丸在冠心病治疗中的作用机理。[方法]选取我院在2007至2010年间收治的79例冠心病患者,其中,男40例,年龄在49～71岁,女39例,年龄在51～78岁,所有患者均经临床诊断为冠心病,其主要的临床表现为疼痛、窒息等。将79例患者随机分为两组,治疗组43例,对照组36例,首先对所有患者采用常规的基础治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上加入麝香保心丸治疗,对照组患者则仅采用常规基础治疗,对两组患者的治疗情况进行跟踪观察,并记录所得数据。[结果]经过治疗,两组患者的病情均有所改善,79例患者中,治疗组43例,显效25例,有效14例,无效4例,有效率为90.70%,对照组36例,显效19例,有效7例,无效10例,有效率为72.20%。[结论]在治疗冠心病疾病时,在常规治疗的基础上加入麝香保心丸治疗的效果较为显著,对于患者的病情改善帮助较大,值得在临床推广应用。

[Objective]To investigate the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in treatment of coronary artery disease mechanism.[Methods]Selected in our hospital during 2007～2010from 79 cases of patients with coronary artery disease,of which,40 were male,aged between 49～71 years of age,female 39 cases,aged between 51～78 years of age,all the patients were diagnosed by clinical coronary heart disease,its main clinical manifestations were pain,asphyxia.79 patients were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in observation group,36 cases in the control group,first of all patients using conventional therapy,the patients in the observation group in the conventional treatment on the basis of adding Shexiang Baoxin Pill treatment,patients in the control group only with conventional treatment,the two groups of patients after treatment of tracking observation,and record data.[Results]After treatment,two groups of patients were improved,79cases of patients,43 cases in observation group,25 cases were markedly effective,effective in 14 cases,4 cases ineffective,efficiency is 90.70%,36 cases of the control group,19 cases were markedly effective,7 cases,10 cases ineffective,efficiency of 72.20%[.Conclusion]In the treatment of coronary heart disease,on the basis of routine treatment joined Shexiang Baoxin Pill in treating effect is more significant for the patient 's condition improved,more helpful,it is worthy of clinical application.
