参麦注射液联合西药治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病气阴两虚型随机平行对照研究

Shen Mai Injection Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy Stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ Yin Deficiency Type Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察参麦注射液联合西药治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病气阴两虚型疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组20例基础治疗:糖尿病健康教育、饮食。二甲双胍,0.5g/次,3次/d,口服。或注射胰岛素,10u/次,2次/d。依那普利,10mg/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组20例参麦注射液,60mL/次,1次/d,静滴。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、尿微量白蛋白、血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈3例,显效6例,有效6例,无效5例,总有效率75.00%。对照组治愈0例,显效5例,有效6例,无效9例,总有效率55.00%。尿微量白蛋白和肾功能指标(肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸)两组均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(P【0.05)。[结论]参麦注射液联合西药治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病气阴两虚型效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]observed SMI combined western medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ Yin Deficiency type effect[.Methods]Using randomized controlled method,40 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to. Control group,20 cases of basic treatment :diabetes health education, diet. Metformin,0.5g / time,3 times / d,orally. Or insulin injections,10u / time,2 times / d. Enalapril, 10mg / times,2 times / d,orally. Treatment group 20 cases injection,intravenous infusion,60mL / times, 1 times / d. Western medicine with the control group. 15d is a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,urinary albumin,serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid,adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group were cured three cases,effective in 6 cases,effective in 6 cases,5 cases,the total efficiency of 75.00%. Control group, 0 cases were cured,5 cases markedly effective in 6 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency 55.00%. Urinary albumin and renal function( creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid)improved in both groups,the treatment group than the control group improved(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Shen Mai injection combined with western medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ Yin Deficiency type effect is significant and should be introduced.
