丹参对肢体缺血再灌注损伤保护的实验研究 被引量:19

摘要 目的 :探讨肢体缺血再灌注损伤前后微循环变化及丹参的保护作用。方法 :2 4只成年新西兰大耳白兔随机分成二组 ,以气囊止血带造成兔左下肢缺血再灌注损伤模型。实验组分别在缺血前及再灌注前静注丹参 ,观测骨骼肌缺血再灌注前后微循环变化。结果 :对照组 :血流缓慢、红细胞严重聚集、大量白细胞附壁和白色微栓形成 ,无复流现象严重 ;实验组经丹参保护 ,微循环障碍轻 ,骨骼肌组织损伤轻。结论 :丹参通过疏通微循环对肢体缺血再灌注损伤起保护作用。 Objective:To evaluate the changes of microcirculation on ischemia reperfusion injury of skeletal muscles and the protective effects of Tanshine.Methods:24 Newzealand rabbits were divided into two groups. The model of ischemia reperfusion injury of skeletal muscles was built by tourniquet. Tanshine was applicated in experimental group instead of saline in control group before ischemia and reperfusion. The changes of microcirculation were observed.Results:After 4hrs ischemia and 2hrs reperfusion of skeletal muscles in control group: blood flow slowed down, Serious no-reflow phenomenon, erythrocyte aggregation, large amounts of neutrophil-endothelial adhesion and white microthrombosis were observed in microcirculation. In experimental group: Microcirculation disturbences were alleviated.Conclusion:Tanshine could alleviate ischemia reperfusion injury of skeletal muscles by improving microcirculation.
