摘要
冲突已经成为一种十分普遍的组织现象 ,冲突管理水平的高低直接影响着组织目标的实现。全面分析、研究冲突有利于组织的管理者和其成员提高对冲突管理能力的认识 ,使冲突的破坏性后果最小化。建立建设性的冲突管理机制 ,有利于组织搞好内部管理 ,协调成员之间、部门之间关系 ,是提高组织内部成员业务水平 ,提升整个组织管理水平、使组织达到整体效率最优的必要手段。
Conflicts as a common phenomenon in organizations require those administrators to have an all-round analysis and study,which will help them to have a better understanding about the capability of conflict control as such capability will have a direct effect on the realization of the organizational goals.What's more,there are still other advantages resulting from such analysis and study,including the minimization of the conflict's destructive effects,the establishment of constructive conflict control mechanism,the improvement of the management and bettering the relationship among members and sections in an organization.In a word,it will do good to the promotion of the member' specialty and the management in an organization,which will make the whole organization most efficient.
