摘要
随着电子商务的发展 ,客户关系管理 (CRM)的重要性越来越突出。文章讨论了电子商务环境中CRM发展的技术支持 ,选择性地介绍了CRM在电子商务中的应用 。
With the development of Electronic-Commence,CRM(Customer Relationship Management)plays more and more important role in the enterprise's management.This paper discusses the technology supporting CRM,and selectively introduces the application of CRM,then puts forward the comprehensive tendency between CRM and ERP.
