肾细胞癌中p53蛋白的表达

Expression of p53 protein in renal cell carcinoma

目的 :探讨肾癌 (RCC ,renalcellcarcinoma)组织中p5 3蛋白的表达及其与RCC生物学行为的关系。方法 :应用单克隆鼠抗 -p5 3抗体通过免疫组化SP法研究RCC中p5 3蛋白的表达。结果 :60例RCC组织中 2 9例 (4 8.3 % ) p5 3蛋白阳性。p5 3蛋白表达与组织学分级 (P <0 .0 5 )和TNM分期 (P <0 .0 5 )均明显相关。结论 :p5 3蛋白表达与RCC的发生发展密切相关 ,p5 3蛋白表达可认为是低分化、高浸润性RCC的有用标记。

Objective: To investigate the expression of p53 protein in RCC(Renal cell carcinoma)and the relationship of p53 protein to biological behavior of RCC. Method:Immunohistochemical analysis of p53 protein was performed by applying the SP(streptavidin peroxidase)conjugated method.Results:Twenty-nine tumors(48.3%)were positive for p53 protein.A significant correlation was found between p53 protein expression and both the nuclear grade(P<0.05)and the TNM stage(P<0.05).Conclusion:Expression of p53 protein has an important influence in occuring and development of the RCC. p53 protein expression may be considered an useful marker of lessdifferentiated and more aggressive RCC.
