摘要 随着我国肥胖和糖尿病发病率的不断增加,对于发病机制的研究也日益加深,其中游离脂肪酸在肥胖和胰岛素抵抗的发生中发挥重要作用,本文就游离脂肪酸在骨骼肌、肝脏、脂肪组织中作用的分子机制阐述其代谢产物在糖脂代谢紊乱中的重要作用。 The prevalence of obesity and diabetes mellitus has increased continually,a nd the research of its aetiological role has made deep finding.The current und erstanding of the effects of elevated free fatty acids on fat and carbohydrate m etabolism disorder were reviewed,including a discussion of molecular mechanisms in muscles,liver and fat mass.
