摘要
提出了用氯乙酸铵和碳酸氢铵为原料合成甘氨酸的工艺。利用球型高岭土颗粒为助催化剂 ,它可以循环使用 ,有利于反应生成的 CO2 脱出 ,使甘氨酸的结晶得到改善。反应温度控制在 62℃以下 ,母液多次循环 ,合成收率大于 95 % ,催化剂乌洛托品单耗 2 5 kg· t-1 ,同时具有操作简便 。
An improved technology for synthesis of glycine from ammonium monochloroacetic acid and ammonium bicarbonate was studied. The spherical kaolinclay was used as co catalyst, it could be used recycle, be helpful for the release of the reaction product oxide bicarbonate, and the crystal of glycine could be controlled lower than 62℃. The mother liquor be used for many times, the yield of the synthesis be get to more than 95%. The new method was easier operation and less pollution.
