摘要
目的 探讨黄种人活体皮肤及色素性病变皮肤组织的光吸收作用。方法 利用光纤光谱仪技术和虚拟仪器技术建立皮肤组织的活体吸收光谱检测平台 ,对多种色素性病变皮肤的吸收光谱进行活体检测 ,比较正常皮肤和太田痣皮肤活体、皮瓣与离体状态时的光谱学差异。结果 该平台具有灵敏、实时、无创的活体检测功能 ;活体皮肤组织与离体皮肤标本的光吸收作用存在较大差异 ,离体标本的光谱学数据不能代表活体组织的特性 ;太田痣在经过激光逐次治疗后 ,病变对光的吸收率逐渐降低。结论 所建立的皮肤组织吸收光谱检测平台可准确反映色素性皮肤疾病的光吸收特性 。
Objective To investigate the light-absorbing effect of vivid skin and pigment-diseased skin tissue. Methods A detecting platform was established based on the technique of spectroscopy and virtual instrumentation. The detection of absorption spectra was carried out on various pigmented skin diseases, and the differences in the absorption spectra of vivid skin tissue, skin flap and normal skin sample and one case of nevus of ota were analyzed. Results The platform was sensitive and real-time and can work in vivo without tissue damage. The light absorption in vivid skin tissue and skin sample was different, the spectrum data of vivid skin couldn′t be replaced by that of skin samples. The light absorption ratio of nevus of ota decreased gradually after laser treatment. Conclusion The detecting platform is useful in screening and detecting the light-absorbing effect of skin pigmented diseases, which may become a helpful diagnostic tool for clinical laser therapy.
