急性胰腺炎胰腺组织中一氧化氮合成酶的表达

Nitrate oxide synthase in pancreas in acute pancreatitis

目的 探讨急性胰腺炎(AP)胰腺组织中内皮型一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)的表达与炎症发生发展的关系。方法 采用免疫组化方法结合全自动图像分析仪,测定NOS在24例不同炎症程度急性胰腺炎的大鼠胰腺中及8例正常胰腺中的表达,并分析其与炎症程度的关系。结果 正常胰腺组织NOS表达呈弱阳性,随着炎症程度的加重,NOS表达逐渐升高,尤以出血坏死型胰腺炎胰腺组织中表达最为明显。结论 急性胰腺炎中胰腺组织高度表达NOS,检测NOS可能作为判断急性胰腺炎疾病严重程度的一个指标。

Objective To study the relationsliip betwreen nitrate oxide synthase(iVOS) and advance of inflammation in pancreas in acute pan-creatius( AP) .Methods Immunohistochemical location of NOS was measured in 24 pancreas samples of rats with AP and 8 normal pancreas ones. The relationship between the NOS and inflammation was analysized. Results NOS was slightly postive in the normal pancreas. It gradually rose along with advance of inflammation, especially in the pancreas with acute hemorrhagic and necrozing pancreatitis( AHNP) . Conclusion Enhanced NOS is found in the pancreas with AP. NOS may be a marker of judging the severity of AP.
