旋转对称多层壳体的温度场分析

摘要 提出一种适用于分析旋转对称多层壳体温度场的壳体单元。此单元假设温度滑厚度方向的变化可以用分段连续的二次函数表示,从而精确地满足内外壁的各类边界条件以及各层间的温度和热流连续条件;温度沿子午线方向的变化采用一般插值函数表示,由此建立的有限元分析表达式在数据准备和计算机运算时间上与现行算法比较有很大程度的节省。实际算例表明结果能精确描述层间连续条件,同时保证了足够的精度。 A shell element suitable for the analysis of temperature field in axisymmetrical laminated shells is presented in this paper. For this element, the temperature variation in the direction of thickness is assumed as a piece-wise continuous function and then both all kinds of boundary condition on inner and outer surfaces and the continuity condition of temperature and heat flow on interfaces of laminate can be exactly satisfied. The variation in temperature in the meridian direction is experessed by a general interpolation function. The present method can greatly save both data preparation and computer run time. Compared with other methods, the practical examples show that the results given by this method can exactly satisfy the continuity condition on the interfaces of laminate, and have a higher accuracy.
