新时代诉求与问题导向下的都市圈发展战略研究——以青岛都市圈为例

Research on the Development Strategy of Metropolitan Area under the Guidance of New Era and Problem——Take Qingdao Metropolitan Area as Example

都市圈是构建我国新型城镇格局的重要一环,也是近年来规划界关注的热点。本文以青岛都市圈为对象,在研判新时代国家和省对青岛都市圈的战略诉求基础上,通过对标,将青岛都市圈面临的问题概括为对外开放、生态压力、创新潜能、城镇功能、区域协调等五个方面,并进而提出全面开放、生态文明、创新驱动、优化格局、促进协调等战略应对,最后进行了研究总结。

The metropolitan area is an important part of building a new spatial pattern of new urbanization in China, and it is also a hot spot of concern in the planning circles in recent years. This paper is based on the Qingdao metropolitan area. on the basis of judging the strategic appeal of the new era countries and provinces to the Qingdao metropolitan area, pass the benchmark, the problems faced by the Qingdao metropolitan area are summarized as five aspects: opening up, ecological pressure, innovation potential, urban function,and regional coordination, and then propose a strategic response to comprehensive openness, ecological civilization, innovation-driven, optimized structure, and coordination, finally, a research summary.
