摘要
以牙爪大轴颈和小轴颈的鼓形度为设计变量,以接触有限元分析的峰值接触压力为目标函数,以牙爪轴颈的体积不超过给定值作为约束条件,用接触有限元方法建立了牙轮钻头滑动轴承的优化设计模型。利用ANSYS软件进行接触有限元优化设计,优化结果表明:最优方案的峰值接触压力相对理想模型(无鼓形度)降低了34.6%,并且接触压力分布合理。
Taking the drum degree of the big journal and small journal of SBFRB as design variables, the peak contact pressure as objective function and that the journal volume should less than a given value as constraint function,this paper established the model of optimal design for SBFRB with contact finite element method (FEM). By using ANSYS to analyze the model, the optimal results show that the peak contact pressure of optimal solution is 34.6% less than that of ideal model and that the distribution of contact pressure is reasonable.
