摘要
独具特色的日本企业教育取得了令世人瞩目的成就 ,引起了世界各国企业的纷纷学习与效仿。本文从研究日本企业教育入手 ,提炼了日本企业教育的精髓———塑造企业人 ,旨在以日本企业为镜 ,帮助我国企业走出教育培训的两难境地。
Characterized Japanese enterprise education has gained magnificent achievement, which resulted in worldwide imitating. This article abstracts the soul of Japanese enterprise education - how to mould a person integrated with enterprise- from the study of Japanese enterprise education, of which the aim is to support Chinese enterprise getting rid of the dilemma of education.
