摘要
分别对生产上同一个榨季中的三类不同的苹果渣:早期渣、晚期渣、晚期青贮渣的有效成分进行了分析测定,发现不同时期、不同处理下自然风干的苹果渣的可溶性糖、淀粉、果胶、单宁等含量呈现出一定的规律性变化。
Chemical compositions were analized in three different types of air dried apple pomaces, i. e. early,late and ensiling late pomaces. The result showed that the content of soluble sugar, starch, pectin, and tannin changed regularly with the date of squeezing, ensiling also has some effects on the changes.
