浅析“3S”技术在土地利用变更调查中的应用

A Simple Analysis on the Application of "3S" Technology in Altering Investigation of Land Utilization

土地利用现状调查是一门交叉学科,与很多学科和技术有着密切联系,当今地理信息系统(GIS)、遥感技术(RS)、全球卫星定位系统(GPS)三大空间科学的迅速发展(简称3S),已广泛应用于土地利用变更调查和土地利用总体规划修编等工作中,使国土资源管理工作的技术和方式产生了质的飞跃。本文笔者重点阐述:1、土地变更调查的任务和意义;2、"3S"技术在土地利用变更调查中的具体操作和应用;3、关于在土地利用变更调查中使用"3S"技术的几点建议。

Current condition investigation of land utilization is an interdiscipline which has close connection with many disciplines and technologies. Nowadays,the rapid development of these three space sciences,namely,Geography Information System,Remote Sensing Technique and Global Satellite Location System which are short for 3S that has already widely applied to altering investigation and overall planning of land utilization,etc. It has brought a qualitative leap to technique and mode of management job of territory resources. In this article,the author has elaborated the following points: I. assignment and significance of land altering investigation; Ⅱ. specific operation and application of "3S" techniques in altering investigation of land utilization. Ⅲ. several suggestions on the utilizing "3S" techniques in altering investigation of land utilization.
