摘要文章概述了美国图书馆合作数字参考咨询服务涵义 ,探讨了集中式和分布式两种CDRS模式功能结构及其各自的实现形式与发展现状 ,并从 The paper particularly summarizes the meaning of the collaborative digital reference service in American libraries,explores the two patterns function structure of CDRS—concentrated pattern and distributed pattern,as well as their respective realizing form and developing status.Meanwhile,it analyses the influences the American DRS brings to Chinese libraries reference service in four aspects.
