基于实时数据库及监控系统的先进控制技术是过程控制行业实施CIMS的关键技术之一，对于我国现代工业生产过程提高生产效率和产品质量、降低原料及能源消耗具有极其重要的作用。该文以预测控制算法为例，论述了先进控制算法软件库的设计思路，旨在给企业的工业生产过程控制提供一套实用的软件解决方案。

Advanced control technology based on real time database and supervising control system is one of the key technologies with which process control industries carry CIMS into execution, and it is of high importance for the modern manufacture industry of China. The paper makes an example of predictive control system algorithm to discuss the designing idea of the software of advanced control algorithms .
