摘要
随着市场化的推进 ,水电不久将走向市场 ,按照“公平、公正、公开”的原则参与竞价上网。文中探讨了市场环境下水电站 (群 )经济运行的内容、面临的问题及相应的对策 ,提出了风险调度问题、竞价风险调度机制及“绿色通道”机制的思想。
With the advance of electricity market, hydropower will enter the market in the near future and participate in electric power bidding under the principle of equity, fairness and openness. This paper discusses the contents and problems of the economic operation of hydropower stations in electricity market and countermeasures. The concepts of risk dispatching, the mechanism of electric power bidding risk dispatching and the “green channel” mechanism are put forward.
