摘要
本文采用振动时效法,在国内目前最大的钢岔管模型(1:5.25)上进行了消除焊接残余应力的实验研究。分别用磁性法和盲孔法测试了激振前后钢岔管焊缝周围残余应力的分布与变化,对消除效果作出了定量分析。实验结果表明,振动时效法消除钢岔管焊接残余应力是一种既经济又有效的方法。
The effectiveness of VSR(Vibratory Stress Relieve) technique in relieving the residual welding stress on a penstock wye model (model scale 1:5.25)is researched. The model is the biggest in our country. The characteristics and distribution of the stress relative to per-and post-vibration are measured with magnetic method (MM) and hole-drilling method (HDM) and the corresponding quantitative analysis are made.It is shown that the stress relieving effectiveness of the VSR is good for penstock wye.
